What is Matcheo?
Matcheo is a multi-sport pickup matching app for padel, tennis, football, basketball, squash, and volleyball. Find a match near you, fill your squad, submit scores, and climb the ranks. Available on iOS and Android in English and Hebrew.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a match?
Open the app, tap the plus button on the Arena tab, choose your sport, date, location, and skill level, and tap "Create." Public-court matches are free to create. Venue matches show a booking price.
How do I join a match?
Browse the Arena feed, tap a match card to see the squad, and tap "Join Team." Each sport has its own squad rules (1v1 tennis, 2v2 padel, 5v5 football, and so on).
How does scoring work?
After a match, one player submits the score. The opposing team confirms or disputes. If confirmed, points and XP are awarded. If disputed, the match is frozen for review.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: Profile tab, tap "Delete Account," confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed the same day. You can also request deletion without the app at https://matcheo.io/delete-account.
How do I change my language?
Inside the app: Profile > Settings > Language. English and Hebrew are supported.
How do I turn off notifications?
iOS: Settings > Matcheo > Notifications.
Android: Settings > Apps > Matcheo > Notifications.
You can also disable specific notification types inside the app under Profile > Settings (when available).
Why did I get suspended?
Repeated no-shows trigger a temporary suspension to keep the community fair. The suspension screen shows how long is remaining. After it expires, you can use the app normally.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password." We'll email you a reset link.
