These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Matcheo mobile application and website at matcheo.io. By creating an account or using Matcheo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Matcheo. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@matcheo.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Matcheo for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
- Submit false scores or fabricate match results
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including automatic suspensions for repeat no-shows.
4. Matches and Bookings
Matcheo connects players. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, the condition of courts, or the outcome of any match. Playing sports carries inherent risk; you participate at your own risk.
5. Payments and Bookings
Public-court matches are free to create and join through Matcheo. Where a venue charges for court time, payment is between you and the venue or is handled in-app where supported. We are not responsible for refunds or disputes between you and a venue.
6. Intellectual Property
The Matcheo name, logo, and software are owned by YBM Solutions. You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., your username, avatar, comments) and grant us a license to display it to other users as part of the service.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time via the app or https://matcheo.io/delete-account. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YBM Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Israel.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
